What is the difference between the unification of Spain and the unification of England, France?

The Reconquista was observed in Spain. The northern lands were least of all influenced by the Arab and Moorish rulers. Therefore, they were able to lay down their statehood. Then, gradually, as their strength grew in constant skirmishes, the states (primarily Leon, Castilla and Aragon), little by little, recaptured territories from the Muslims. In fact, there was no long period of feudal fragmentation. There were only individual states that grew. And then the Kingdom of Spain was formed from three large states as a result of a dynastic marriage.
