What is the difference between the worldview of a modern man and a man of the Middle Ages?

The worldview of modern man is secular (free from religious prejudices) and scientific. It was brought up in schools and other educational institutions, and is based on knowledge and the desire for progress and knowledge of the world through certain actions (ideally). The worldview of the medieval man in the street was often very pious and narrow, it was based on stories from sacred books or travelers. It was more “regional” (belonging not to a nation, but to a region, city or feudal lord).

One of the components of a person's success in our time is receiving modern high-quality education, mastering the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for life in society. A person today needs to study almost all his life, mastering everything new and new, acquiring the necessary professional qualities.
