What is the difference between unconditioned and conditioned reflexes?

A reflex is a demeanor taken as a basis, a reaction that manifests itself as a result of exposure to the environment.
Unconditioned reflexes are reflexes that are fixed in living things at the genetic level, that is, they are innate and are characteristic of all organisms of the same species. An example of such a reflex is the reaction to pain.
Conditioned reflexes are an acquired behavior that is highly individual and acquired throughout life. For such reflexes to exist, constant stimulation is necessary, otherwise the reflex is lost. An example of a conditioned reflex is a command performed by a dog.
