What is the fate of the French fleet under the Vienna Treaty?

In the period from 1814 to 1815, a meeting of the Vienna Congress took place, at which the future of Europe was decided. With regard to the French fleet, it was completely transferred to the subordination of England. True, this decision was not the last for France. In the summer of 1815, Napoleon tried to come to power again. This is how the battle of Waterloo took place, but, unfortunately, the French troops were defeated, as were Napoleon’s dreams of regaining the throne.
