What is the main difference between commodity-money economy and natural economy?

In a subsistence economy, the production of labor results is designed to satisfy only the own needs of the producer (family, tribal community). This is its main difference from the commodity-money economy.

In addition, subsistence farming has other features characteristic only of this type of economic relations.

1. Closure. Each family or community relies only on its own human capabilities and resources and fully provides itself with food and household items.

2. The use of completely manual labor, primitive devices, respectively, low productivity.

3. Direct economic ties. Within the same community, products are produced and consumed. There is no exchange of labor results.
