What is the name of the American program of measures to rescue Europe?

The “Europe Reconstruction Program” or the Marshall Plan was a program that provided assistance to European countries from the United States after the end of World War II. The program was authored by George C. Marshall and included 17 European countries. In addition to restoring the pre-war level of economic development and preserving peace, the goal of the Marshall Plan was to increase America’s influence over Europe.
