What is the name of the first all-Russian code of laws, adopted in the middle of the 17th century?

The first collection of laws is the Cathedral Code, which was adopted in 1649, in which the royal power was presented as the power of God’s anointed one. Penalties were introduced for crimes against the government. Crimes committed against the church were severely punished. Relations between the population and the local authorities were established. The changes also affected the peasantry: an unlimited search for fugitive peasants was introduced, which finally completed their enslavement.
