What is the name of the lake from which at least it flows as a river?

Those lakes from which at least one river originates are called waste lakes. These types of water bodies are very important for human life, since they contain fresh water that can be used for drinking, irrigation of agricultural land, etc. All springs that flow into the lake bring different salts in their water, which get there from the environment.
