What is the problem of extending human life?

Extending a person’s life will lead to overpopulation. The number of people in the world is growing strongly every century, and some people already now need drinking water. When there are even more people, problems with natural resources will increase, because they do not last forever. To feed and provide the inhabitants of the Earth with everything they need will become a very difficult task. Therefore, I see no need to extend life.
