What is the responsibility of the violator of labor discipline?

A violator of labor discipline must first of all write an explanatory note in which to indicate the reasons for his violation. The employer must decide if the reason is valid. After that, a decision is made. There are three ways to punish:
1) warning;
2) collection;
3) dismissal.
If, for example, an employee is late, then a warning is issued for the first time. Further, a penalty may already follow if the situation repeats itself. If this happened more than once, then the employee will be fired.
