What is the role of the cell nucleus and cytoplasm?

The nucleus is necessary for the life of the cell, as it contains DNA information. This is coded information about the synthesis of proteins in the cell. Thanks to DNA, proteins are correctly “collected” from amino acids by ribosomes. The nucleus itself serves as a protection for DNA, which is in the form of chromosomes. Before division, the number of chromosomes is doubled and the nucleus is divided. But only eukaryotes have nuclei. The cytoplasm serves as a medium for the normal interaction of cell organelles. The cytoplasm fills all the space between the structures of any cell.
