What is the state of aggregation in copper, sugar and carbon dioxide?

Copper (if you look at Mendeleev’s table, you can see that zinc is a metal, and all metals, except for mercury, have a SOLID aggregate state).
Sugar (if you take sugar in your hands, then it will not float or evaporate, which means we have a SOLID state of aggregation)
Carbon dioxide (the name itself says that the substance is in a GAS-like aggregate state).
