What is the use of conflict?

Conflict is always a clash of interests. And in this clash, though not always, the truth is born. The desire of the conflicting parties to prove to each other that they are right leads to the movement of progress. And besides that, the ability to resolve any conflict (be it domestic or international) is a very useful skill.
One of the components of a person's success in our time is receiving modern high-quality education, mastering the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for life in society. A person today needs to study almost all his life, mastering everything new and new, acquiring the necessary professional qualities.
