What is the volume of Na2SO4 when mixing 20 ml H2SO4 and 20 ml 2NaOH.

H2SO4 + 2NaOH = Na2SO4 + 2H2O
Then you calculate the amount of sodium hydroxide n (NaOH) = m / M = 20g / 40g / mol (0.5 mol)
then you find the ratio of salt and sodium hydroxide.
n (Na2SO4): n (NaOH) = 1: 2,
n (NaOH) = 0.5 / 2 = 0.25 mol
And you just find a lot of salt:
m (Na2SO4) = n x M = 0.25 mol x 142 g / mol = 35.5 g
