What is the year of the formation of a unified state in Egypt?

In ancient Egypt, wars continued for several centuries. As a result, two states were created. This is the Lower Egyptian and Upper Egyptian kingdoms. The first owns the delta, and the second – the southern part of Egypt. The insignia of the kings of the northern kingdom had a red crown, and the kings of the southern – a white one. Around 3000 BC. the king of southern Egypt, Mina, appropriated the Lower Egyptian kingdom. This is how a single state was formed in Ancient Egypt. The red and white crown becomes a sign of the king’s power. Mina built the capital, which was named Memphis. The word “Egypt” comes from the second name of the city – Het-ka-Ptah.
