What issue was discussed at the Genoese conference?

The conference was devoted to economic and financial issues. The conference was convened to take measures to restore the economies of Europe after the First World War. However, European countries tried to force the Soviet government to make economic and political concessions, to recognize the debts of the tsarist government. The issue of general disarmament was also considered. The issues were not resolved at the conference and were further considered at the conference in The Hague in 1922.
