What kind of economic activity are people engaged in in areas with high and low population density?

In regions with a high population density, agriculture can be developed. Examples: northern and southern Vietnam, lands along the Nile, Bangladesh and neighboring states of India, the island of Java. However, in developed countries in such regions, the secondary and tertiary sectors of the economy are quite developed: Germany, China, the Moscow region and Moscow in Russia, Bangkok or Kuala Lumpur and adjacent territories in Thailand and Malaysia.
