What kind of person cannot be called a person?

Man is a biosocial unity. Its social side can only be formed in society. Therefore, a person cannot be called a person who has not gone through the process of socialization, that is, was cut off from society.
An example is the “Mowgli children” who, for some reason, were thrown into the wild. It is almost impossible to socialize such people, which means that they are not capable of normal functioning in society for the rest of their lives.
