What kind of person do we call cultured?

A cultured person has a whole range of personal qualities. He obeys the norms of morality, does not go beyond the law. An individual who spits on the asphalt cannot be called cultured. Such a person does not understand where the permissible ends and the disgusting begins. A cultured person follows his speech. He understands that literacy must be maintained at all times. Correct speech is the hallmark of a real cultured person. Also, culture is expressed in universal human qualities: tolerance, willingness to help your neighbor.
