What kind of water is better to use for drinking groundwater or interstratal? why ?

It is best to use interstratal water for drinking. This water is cleaner, filtered with sand, clay, stones and is located deep underground. Most often, this water is used for the production of bottled mineral water; it is obtained from artesian wells, which are under natural pressure. Interstratal water in all respects is much cleaner. In the groundwater, you can find the remains of dissolved substances from the soil, it is close to the surface and is not entirely suitable for drinking.
