What kind of water is better to use for drinking groundwater or interstratal?

Groundwater is formed by the penetration of rain, snow, water flowing by a number of rivers, reservoirs, rates, lakes deep into the surface of the earth. These waters form the first aquifer.

Groundwater accumulates over permeable rock. Drinking this water is undesirable. It carries in itself everything that has fallen to the surface of the earth: fertilizers, human waste products and other harmful substances.

Interstratal waters are located much deeper, have passed natural filtration. By many indicators, this water is much cleaner. It is preferable to eat it.
