What kinds of social norms do you know?

Social norms are divided into the following types:

1. norms of law – generally binding legislatively enshrined rules of behavior in society, fixed in the country’s regulatory legal acts and clearly separating the rights and obligations of citizens;

2. moral norms – rules of behavior based on generally accepted ideas of society about their admissibility in a given situation, on ethical considerations;

3. religious norms – the rules established by a religion;

4. corporate norms – the rules established in a particular community, applicable to members of this community (individual organizations, collectives, etc.);

5.Historically established norms – they are based on the customs of the people, their traditions, ceremonies, rituals, etc.
