What legends and myths about the origin of our planet do you know?

There were many myths about the origin of our planet. Almost each of the folk cultures had their own legends about the origin of the Earth. Here are a few of them:

Ancient Egyptian. The Egyptians believed that the gods created the world. The god Nun gave birth to the sun god Ra, Ra created from himself the gods of Air and Water, Shu and Tefnut, and they gave life to the gods Geb, the god of the Earth and Nut, the god of Heaven. Nut and Hebe gave birth to many other gods: Set, Horus, Isis, Hathor and Osiris.
Mesopotamian myths. Teamat, the personification of the Hausa ocean with salty waters, mixed its waters with the world underground Ansu ocean, which has fresh waters. As a result of these mergers, the world was formed.
