What mark did Kings David and Solomon leave in history?

Both kings ruled over the Israelite people.
David rebuilt Jerusalem by fortifying its defenses. He also defeated the Philistines. During his reign, the territory of the empire was from Damascus to the Gulf of Aqaba.
Solomon, the son of David, was considered an example of wisdom and is considered the author of biblical texts. Solomon carried out an administrative reform, achieved peace with Israel’s neighbors, both by political alliances, and by marrying the daughters of rulers of different countries.
