Collectivization is the process of creating collective farms, collective farms. The peasants collected animals and agricultural implements, united land plots with each other. The beginning of collectivization was carried out by violent methods. For this, agitators and leaders came from cities, drove people to collective farms. The refusal was followed by repression and punishment. Basically, these actions were a private initiative of local leaders who wanted to distinguish themselves before the capital’s authorities.

Having accumulated experience, the Soviet government began to carry out collectivization by economic methods. Collective farms began to receive preferential loans for the development of the economy, tractors began to come to them for plowing, mowing and harvesting, the work of the peasants was facilitated. Individual farms could not receive loans at a low rate; their arable land was cultivated with the help of horses.
