What Mongolian states existed on the lands occupied by the Mongols?

The single Mongol empire consisted of uluses. For example, one of Genghis Khan’s sons, Jochi, received an ulus in the west, which went down in history as the Golden Horde, his vassal was the Russian principalities, and the territory of the Golden Horde itself was from the Black Sea region to Western Siberia.

On the territory of the conquered Persia, Iran and Iraq, there was the Hulagu ulus, in Central Asia and modern Uyguria – the Chagatai ulus. The Mongols completed the conquest of China by 1270 and the Yuan Empire was created on its territory. It lasted until 1368.
