What mountains are located within the Alpine-Himalayan seismic belt?

The Alpine-Himalayan seismic belt was formed and began to form in the Cretaceous period, i.e. about 60 million years ago, and is young by geological standards. Includes more than ten large and small mountain systems. Among them are the Himalayas, Hindu Kush, Karakorum, Pamir, Zagros Mountains, Armenian Highlands, Zagros, Caucasian ridge, Alps, Carpathians, Andalusian, Balkan and Apennine mountains, and also partially the Pyrenees. In Africa, this seismic zone includes the Atlas Mountains. The rest of its parts continue to form to this day.
