What new formation appears in the cerebral cortex during the formation of a conditioned reflex

Conditioned reflexes are characteristic of an individual individual. Reflexes are formed with some experience. For example – when a person learns to drive a car, then he has a conditioned reflex. When you see an obstacle on the road, you need to press the brake pedal. Therefore, these reflexes are called conditioned or acquired. A temporary connection is formed in the brain. Also, this reflex can be suppressed or controlled. This is much easier to do than to suppress the unconditioned reflex, since they are regulated by the medulla oblongata.
