What new states were formed in Western Europe in the High Middle Ages?

The High Middle Ages is called the period from the XI to the XIV century, that is, from about 1000 to 1300. There were few new states there:
Aragon on the Iberian Peninsula. It became a separate kingdom since 1035. Zaragoza was annexed in 1118, and Catalonia in 1137.
Mallorca. It was a small sovereign kingdom that emerged in 1276.
Portugal. Became a separate kingdom from the middle of the XII century.
Castile. It appeared in 1230, like the previous ones, these are the states of the Reconquista period.
Kingdom of England during the Norman period.
