What other peoples, apart from the Arabs, invaded Western Europe in the 8th-10th centuries?

In addition to the Arabs, natives of Scandinavia – Vikings or Normans – invaded Western Europe in those years. They managed, for example, to gain a foothold in the north of France and create the Duchy of Normandy there. The Vikings in their ships entered the estuaries and plundered coastal cities.

From 830, they attacked London from the sea. In 851 in the chronicles a detachment of 350 ships is mentioned.

In 871-878, the Vikings controlled London, they were driven out of there by King Alfred the Great, however, after 100 years, in 994 the Vikings again laid siege to the city.

The Hungarians became another people. They disturbed Western Europe with raids in the first half of the 9th century, even reached the modern Franco-Spanish border, they were defeated only in 955 on the Lech River.
