What other scientific hypotheses of the formation of the solar system and the Earth exist, which hypothesis is closer to you?

One German researcher suggested that the solar system formed from a large dust cloud. Its particles were in constant disorderly motion, attracted each other and collided, stuck together, creating condensations, which began to increase and after a long time gave rise to the solar system.

There is another hypothesis which says that once a star passed near the Sun, which, by gravity, pulled out of it a part of the substance that gave rise to the planets.
