What part of the spectrum provides photosynthesis?

Plants use mainly the red, blue and violet rays of the spectrum for photosynthesis. When there are a lot of red rays, then a lot of sugars are formed in the plants, which is why the southern fruits are so sweet (grapes, peaches, apricots, watermelon, melons and others). That is, in these spectra there is the best capture of solar energy and its transformation by synthesis from inorganic organic substances and the enrichment of the atmosphere with oxygen, a constant level of the gas composition of the Earth’s atmosphere is maintained.
