What parts are distinguished in the embryo at the capsule stage?

You germinate a plant inside a seed that has the same parts as a normal plant. The root and shoot are clearly distinguishable in the embryo. The shoot may differ depending on the type of plant. Some shoots have a stem and a bud, some have only a bud and a root, and some embryos have all parts: a root, a stem, a bud and a leaf. Sometimes the bud is a slight thickening between the leaf and the stem, and sometimes the kidney can be confused with the leaf. Sometimes what we call a leaf is actually a bud in the bud.
