What parts of the future shoot are visible with a magnifying glass?

Inside a seed, say a bean or other large plant seed, you can see the germ with a normal magnifying glass. Different plants have slightly different embryonic structures. Also, different classifications and botanical atlases give slightly different definitions. But practically all parts of the future shoot will be visible in the bud. This is a leaf, bud and stem. Sometimes only the kidney and the root are isolated (the future root, do not belong to the shoot). They can also highlight all parts except the stem. But it all depends on the specific type of plant.
