What plant organs are involved in both the storage of nutrients and vegetative reproduction?

This is the root. The root of a plant has quite a few functions. This is a supporting function, since it is thanks to the root that the plant is fixed in the soil. Also, the root is responsible for the absorption of water and minerals. Some plant species are in symbiosis with bacteria and they live on the root. Very often the root contains storage substances and at the same time can be used for vegetative propagation. Sometimes plants can only have one of these functions, and sometimes the root is not used as a place for storage substances and as an organ of vegetative reproduction.
