What plants can grow in oxygen-poor soil?

One of the plants that is not whimsical to the oxygen content in the soil is lichen. Lichen are plants that have formed as a result of the symbiosis of fungi with algae, the fungus is located outside and protects algae cells from adverse conditions. Lichens can tolerate: cold, heat, lack of soil, drying out, but are very sensitive to polluted air.
