What principles should a person follow when building their relationships with other people?

A person, building his relations with other people, should be guided by the principle of equality, that is, it is necessary to remember that all people are equal to each other and everyone has the right to communicate, to express their own opinion. In relationships, a person should be polite and, if possible, even show empathy (a feeling similar to empathy when you “pass” everything your opponent says through yourself), which is inseparable from responsiveness. It is also important to remember that all relationships are subordinated to some goal (whether it is an exchange of information, a general craving for science or a desire to win in any competition) and it must be achieved for fruitful cooperation with a person.

One of the components of a person's success in our time is receiving modern high-quality education, mastering the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for life in society. A person today needs to study almost all his life, mastering everything new and new, acquiring the necessary professional qualities.
