What problems does a person face when he makes a choice in favor of freedom?

The most basic problem is that absolute freedom is impossible. The freedom of one person always ends exactly where the freedom of another person begins. Legal and social norms act as a regulator of relationships between people, so we do not have absolute freedom. But think, can this be called a problem?
