Self-reproduction (reproduction) provides life on our planet. Without the ability to reproduce, we would not have any variety of animals. Evolution would be impossible, since if life accidentally emerged, the organism would soon die and would not be able to transfer its genes to others. There are two types of reproduction: sexual and asexual. Sexual reproduction requires two organisms and mixing genes. In asexual reproduction, the parent organism reproduces a new organism with the same DNA. Sexual reproduction is characteristic of animals and humans.
