What proof of the sphericity of the earth did Aristotle give?

Aristotle is an ancient Greek philosopher. He was one of the first to put forward the assumption that our planet is spherical. As proof, he cited the following arguments: 1) when moving from one place to another, the horizon and the position of the stars in the sky change; 2) the earth’s shadow takes the shape of a circle during a lunar eclipse. Aristotle’s only mistake was the version of the immobility of the globe.
