3. Military reform (creation of a permanent rifle army);
4. Stoglavy Cathedral (reflection of changes associated with the centralization of power);
5. Cancellation of “feedings”;
The king was the head of the state. The Boyar Duma helped him, but a new organ also appeared – the Zemsky Sobor. The first orders appeared.
