What rights did an Athenian citizen have?

The citizens of Athens had many rights, including:
1. The right to be free.
2. The right to bear arms.
3. The right to have land on the territory of the policy itself (the rest could have land only outside the outskirts).
4. The right to elect and be elected, as well as to participate in public administration.
