What role do national traditions and customs play in the lives of modern people?

No matter how modern and progressive we are, national traditions and customs have not gone anywhere, they are, as before, passed on from the older generation to the younger, and occupy a significant place in our cultural life. Until national borders are erased, as long as nations and ethnic groups exist, cultural heritage will continue to be passed on. Now it is especially active during any national holidays.
