What should be a society in the opinion of monarchies?

The principles of building a society from the point of monarchy:
– Legislative, executive, tax and financial power is the monarch (the sole ruler of the country)
– the authority of the state. government in a monarchical state is the only true one and does not tolerate dispute and doubt.
– a well-developed court, police, militia and army are considered an important condition for a monarchy.
– in spite of autocracy, the monarch must take care of the needs of his people and not lose sight of them.
