The processes of Stalinist modernization are very contradictory. On the one hand, this gave a significant impetus to the development of a number of economic sectors in the Soviet Union, and made it possible to obtain a certain number of benefits for the state. On the other hand, in the course of collectivization, the state for a long time lost the peasants interested in their work, the owner’s vein was lost.
