What states arose after the collapse of the world empire of Alexander the Great?

After the death of Alexander the Great in 323 BC. his empire ceased to exist and disintegrated into many states, the heads of which were his close commanders and associates. Until 301 BC the successors clashed with each other and, as a result, the states of the Diadochi arose – the Seleucid kingdom, Ptolemy’s Egypt, Pergamum, Bithynia and Macedonia. From this moment, classical antiquity ends and the era of Hellenism begins. It ends with the fall of Egypt under the blows of the Roman legions in 30 BC.
