What states arose among the Slavs?

Among the ancient Slavs in the period from the 7th to the 13th century, quite a few states arose. These include: the Bulgarian kingdom (it was created back in 681); Kievan Rus (formed in 862 after the arrival of the Varangians); Czech principality (it arose in 870); Kingdom of Poland (founded in 1025); Lithuanian principality (emerged in the middle of the 13th century). Ultimately, only Lithuania and Poland were able to survive the Middle Ages.
