What structural feature allows the plant to more efficiently capture solar energy?

All plants are characterized by the process of photosynthesis. With the help of it, the plant processes solar energy. Therefore, the more energy the plant “captures”, the better. There are a number of devices for this:

– Plants have flat leaves with a large surface;

– the arrangement of the leaves in a checkerboard pattern so that all the leaves receive the same sunlight;
