What substances move through the vessels of the wood, what through the sieve tubes?

In plants and trees, the movement of nutrients occurs through vessels and sieve tubes (two systems). Through the vessels, water and minerals move from the ground to the root, then to the stem, then to the leaves, and then to the flowers. Organic matter from the leaves to the stem and flowers move along the sieve tubes. Through the vessels, movement passes from the roots to other parts of the plant, and in the sieve tubes, the movement of substances occurs from the leaves.
