What substances of the light phase are used in the dark phase?

For the formation of glucose during photosynthesis (in the second – dark phase), energy and a molecule carrying hydrogen protons are required. The source of energy is the ATP molecule. It is formed with the participation of the enzyme ATP-synthesis located on the inner membrane of chloroplasts and phosphoric acid molecules. ATP is synthesized in the light phase.

The second substance required for the synthesis of glucose is a molecule that carries a proton of hydrogen. This substance is NADPH2. It is also synthesized in the light phase and goes into the dark phase.
